Return & Refund Policy

1. Right to Withdraw (Returns)

Customers purchasing from prosvista have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

  • The 14-day return period starts from the day the customer receives the product.
  • To exercise the right of return, the customer must submit a clear statement (e.g., via email or the return form) to sales@prosvista.com

📌 Exceptions:
The right to return does not apply to:

  • Software & Digital Products once downloaded or activated.
  • Custom-configured or personalized products.
  • Products with hygiene seals that have been opened (e.g., certain headsets).

2. Conditions for Product Returns

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • If the returned item is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the refund may be partially reduced.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Warranty & Faulty Products

All IT hardware is covered by a legal 2-year warranty as per Polish and EU regulations.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 14 days to sales@prosvista.com with supporting photos or videos.

📌 Warranty claims:

  • We will replace, or refund the faulty product at no extra cost.
  • The warranty does not cover damages due to improper use or unauthorized modifications.

5. How to Return a Product

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@prosvista.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Send the item back to our return address:

  3. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
