We sell both digital and physical products, including software, security solutions, wearable tech, video conferencing tools, and document cameras.

2.1 Digital Products

  • Digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable once downloaded.

  • License keys or activation codes must be used according to the end-user license agreement (EULA) provided by the software developer.

  • Any attempt to share, resell, or distribute digital products is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Physical Products

  • Physical products come with a standard manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

  • Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy, stated here.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in here are included VAT. 

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • Subscription-based software products require automatic recurring payments, which can be canceled via your account settings.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on prosvista (logos, product descriptions, images) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content or software is strictly prohibited.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital products are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue that prevents activation or download.

  • Physical product returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Subscription services can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

6. User Accounts & Security

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring their login credentials are kept confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • prosvista is not responsible for:

    • Compatibility issues between software and customer devices.

    • Data loss resulting from improper use of our software.

    • Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.

  • We do not store sensitive payment information; all transactions are processed securely.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.

For customers within the European Union, consumer protection rights are granted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, and any disputes may be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
