Digital Product Delivery (Software & Licenses)

  • All digital products, including software, license keys, and digital downloads, are delivered electronically.
  • Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a download link and any necessary activation keys.
  • The download link will also be available in your customer account under Order History > Downloads.

Physical Product Delivery (Hardware & IT Devices)

For hardware products such as wearable tech, cybersecurity devices, video conferencing equipment, and document cameras, we offer standard and express shipping.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days for an additional fee.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Delivery Issues

  • If your digital product has not been delivered within 120 minutes after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder.
